Before work begins

You may cancel for a full refund any time before work on your order has started.

After work has begun

If you cancel after we have started work, we will issue a partial refund proportional to the work that has not yet been completed. Completed deliverables and work hours are non-refundable.

No-guarantee services

Because outcomes depend on platform policies, market conditions and client participation, refunds are not available based on campaign performance, grant decisions, or funding outcomes.
